In celebration of 50 years of living, and almost as many years of painting, I’m exhibiting 50 works spanning the past 20 years, including a few earlier pieces.

My motivation for creating art is to express my deep appreciation of nature and beauty.  Working in watercolour or pastel, I almost always paint landscapes en plein air, finding inspiration in the shapes, colours, and light values that nature displays.  This exhibition also includes portraits, figures, and still lifes, reflecting my varied interests in subject matter.
