Living in the countryside, Gail Descoeurs, a professional artist, derives inspiration from the power of nature and produces paintings that are rooted in reality, but blended with powerful and often surreal impressions of the landscape. Last fall, Gail vacationed in Tuscany. Overwhelmed by the beauty of the landscape, the people, its history and architecture, she decided to hold a show based on Tuscany to celebrate her 30th anniversary of oil painting.
